winners education society
Our core mission is to break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage by providing access to quality education and creating opportunities for sustainable development. We believe that education is the key to unlocking individual potential and fostering thriving communities. Winners Education Society, a beacon of hope in rural Jodhpur, was established in crucial time of education in Marwar area with a steadfast mission: "To empower rural communities through quality education, accessible healthcare, and inclusive support for people with disabilities." Recognizing the critical role of education in breaking the cycle of poverty and fostering social change, the Society has consistently strived to provide equitable opportunities for all, regardless of their background. WINNERS Education Society's multifaceted approach addresses a range of critical needs within rural Rajasthan.
A Story of Perseverance, Transformation, and Commitment
In April 2006, with only 58 students and utilizing his life savings, along with borrowed funds, Mr. Jakhar embarked on this mission. His belief was simple: education is the key to achieving all other goals. The Society began with a primary school in Soyla village, operating on a no-loss, no-profit basis. At the time, no woman in Soyla had completed senior secondary education, highlighting the urgent need for accessible schooling.
The Society's impact quickly grew. In 2012, a degree college was established, expanding opportunities for higher education. Recognizing the importance of adult literacy, the Society secured distance education affiliation in 2013, enabling more individuals to pursue learning. Further demonstrating their commitment to inclusivity, a special school for disabled students was also founded.
Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, the Winners Education Society aims to further its work in both health and education, seeking partnerships with organizations through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Beyond formal education, the Society provides nutritional support to pregnant women, recognizing the crucial link between health and well-being. Their journey is a testament to the power of education to transform lives and communities, and they continue to strive towards a brighter future for Marwar.
